This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Digital Sales Marketing Specialist in Madrid with Signify.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of B2B co-marketing campaigns and retail media activations across European markets and key partners. In other words, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, assets are executed with quality, and performance is tracked and optimized based on data.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Execute and coordinate B2B co-marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.

  • Ensure timely launch of campaigns through proactive follow-up with local teams.

  • Track progress, identify risks and actively unblock execution issues.

Asset & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate creation and delivery of campaign assets (banners, landing pages, content).

  • Ensure alignment with digital best practices and campaign objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Consolidate campaign data across markets and ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS).

  • Identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.

Budget Management

  • Track campaign spend vs. plan.

  • Ensure proper allocation and reporting of budgets.

Retail Media Execution

  • Support execution and monitoring of Sponsored Ads campaigns (Amazon and/or distributor platforms).

  • Apply basic optimization principles (keywords, targeting, conversion logic).

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (digital, content, sales) and local markets to ensure smooth execution.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field would be ideal.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing in B2C environments.

  • Strong understanding of digital fundamentals is required (traffic, funnel, KPIs).

  • Experience executing and coordinating digital campaigns is also needed for this role.

  • Basic hands-on experience with retail media / Sponsored Ads (especially Amazon) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills: Advanced Excel is mandatory; Power BI is a plus.

  • Experience in multi-market or B2B environments is a nice-to-have.

  • Fluent English is required (spoken & written). Spanish would be appreciated.

  • Strong execution mindset and attention to detail, able to manage multiple timelines.

  • Proactive and persistent in stakeholder follow-up.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines.

  • Team player, reliable, and delivery-focused.
