What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling.
  • Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules.
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Train and support terminal staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence. Managing & Leading the Terminal workforce.
  • Unloading gravity hopper railcars and & loading bulk tankers.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of terminal logistics, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment
This role is located in London, KY and operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
