We are looking for a Marketing Design Intern to join our Marketing team this summer! This role would be responsible for developing marketing materials including one-sheeters, postcards/flyers, emails, organic social content, decks, case studies, posters, and more.

*This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

Internship Details:

  • Duration: June 1st, 2026 - August 21st, 2026
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week
  • Projects: You'll work on 2-3 key initiatives, with one serving as your final deliverable. 
  • Compensation: Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.
  • Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the creation of designs for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, print materials, and more
  • Create and build upon primary design principles (typography, layout, information architecture, and visual hierarchy), while improving existing conventions such as frameworks, design systems, guidelines, and templates
  • Articulate and present creative concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ensure all creative follows branding guidelines
  • Partner and collaborate across creative projects with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks as needed
  • Assist in research and implementation of AI-related tools

About You 

  • Currently enrolled at a design school or holding a bachelor's degree in design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
  • Organizational and project management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
