About the Role
We are looking for a P&O Administrator to join our GBS P&O core team for a maternity cover for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
managing administrative tasks in Workday related to HR Processes mostly recruitment, onboarding & hiring,
managing queries about employee survey platform,
providing support with high degree of customer focus to Candidates, Employees and Managers via multiple channels (e-mail, chat, MS Teams calls or tickets),
cooperating with Talent Acquisition and other P&O Teams based in different European countries, mostly Sweden & Germany,
creating and maintaining operational process documentation, HR learning materials for Employees and Managers, and other HR Knowledge sources.
Required Qualifications
at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration: preferably in recruitment administration,
Excellent command of English (B2), knowledge of German (B1),
Good knowledge of Workday,
Experience with Service Now environment or other case management system,
Self-accountability in daily activities,
Pro-activity and ability to take initiative,
Keen eye for process and quality improvement.
