The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the day-to-day administration of the funds, vehicle we serve (incorporation / liquidation, preparation board/shareholders meetings, investments transactions), liaison with external parties (bank, notaries, administration, ...)
  • Attend to and lead the board / shareholders meetings
  • Approval and filing of the annual accounts (liaise with external auditor, organize board and shareholders meetings) and filing of the annual direct tax returns
  • Be responsible for maintaining process documentation
  • Co-Supervision of a team
  • Maintain close relationships with clients/intermediaries and local authorities.
  • Transfer agency (TA) services: onboarding of investors, capital calls, distributions, shares register update.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Corporate Law/Economics/Administration or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience of Corporate services in Private Equity in Luxembourg, preferably gained either in domiciliation activity or Big 4
  • Ability to multi-task, well organized and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg alternative investment Fund industry and Luxembourg corporate law
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team supervision
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be team spirit oriented
  • Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues
  • Client-focused mindset and pragmatic approach
  • Very good organizational and administrative skills, and ability to identify and suggest procedural improvements
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (French or German or any other language would be considered as an asset)
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.

Such a document will be requested with the aim of carrying out a character check on candidates, bearing in mind the area of activity of our establishment and, more particularly, the tasks described in the job description.
