Job Description:
The HR Geo Services Specialist is responsible for supporting including everything from pre-boarding to off-boarding, and everything in-between as part of the employee lifecycle, furthering the team’s objective of delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for talent acquisition of both operations and non-operations positions (including requisition review, job posting, screening of candidates, interview arrangement and making job offers)
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from internal stakeholders
Support the administration of employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, employee requests, contract renewals, work pass renewals and offboarding)
Collection and processing of incoming employee documentations/records, fulfillment of request of records, and disposal of documents and records in accordance to record retention schedule
Support in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Key Requirements
Passionate about HR and people matters
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or a related field
2-5 years of working in a HR shared services environment or HR generalist role preferred
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
Display strong commitment to provide friendly, accurate and timely service to internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across different business functions and levels
Possess good understanding of Employment Act and related statutory regulations
Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage
