Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Network Planner to join our Brazil Supply Chain, Topology and Inventory team. This role will be instrumental in shaping Brazil's fulfillment network strategy while leading one of our most critical infrastructure projects. You will combine strategic network planning with hands-on project management, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency across Brazil.
As a Network Planner, you will own topology planning and capacity forecasting while serving as the Project Manager for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) launch—a cornerstone initiative for Brazil's supply chain evolution. This dual responsibility offers a unique opportunity to influence both strategic direction and tactical execution.
Key job responsibilities
Network Topology & Strategic Planning (60%)
-Design and optimize Brazil's fulfillment center network topology to balance capacity, cost efficiency, and customer experience
-Lead capacity planning initiatives across the FC network, integrating demand forecasts with operational constraints
-Develop volume projections and scenario analyses to support multi-year network expansion strategies (3YF, OP1, OP2 cycles)
-Conduct financial modeling to evaluate topology alternatives, considering tax implications, transportation costs, and capital investments
-Partner with Finance, Operations, and Transportation teams to create data-driven network recommendations for senior leadership
-Utilize network simulation tools to model flow optimization and identify bottlenecks before implementation
1DC/RDC Launch Project Management (40%)
-Serve as Project Manager for the 2027 1DC/RDC launch, coordinating cross-functional workstreams from planning through go-live
-Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
-Drive stakeholder alignment across Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Transportation teams
-Establish governance mechanisms to track progress, escalate blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
-Create executive-level communications and status updates for senior leadership forums
-Ensure seamless integration of new facilities into existing network operations
Stakeholder Management & Communication
-Present complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and strategic context
-Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams including SCOT, Operations leadership, Finance, and Real Estate
-Facilitate decision-making forums to align stakeholders on network strategy and trade-offs
-Translate technical capacity analyses into actionable business recommendations
A day in the life
Months 1-3: Ramp up on Brazil network topology, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and take ownership of ongoing capacity planning cycles. Begin detailed planning for 1DC/RDC launch.
Months 4-6: Lead OP2 network planning cycle, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Finalize 1DC/RDC project plan with clear workstreams, timelines, and governance structure.
Months 7-12: Drive 1DC/RDC launch execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and escalating blockers proactively. Contribute to 2028 network strategy development, incorporating learnings from ongoing projects.

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
