[What you will be working on] 

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager on a contract basis to support the GTO Consulting team in enabling agencies' complex modernisation efforts. This role seeks a versatile professional to strategically bridge technical innovation, robust business operations, and complex government domains, driving operational excellence and shaping the future of digital governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management for GTO Consulting Team

• Lead and oversee the efficient and effective programme management of the consulting programmes we execute with agencies
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, resource allocation, and programme roadmaps to optimise team output and impact
• Develop and implement best practices for consulting engagement lifecycles, from intake to delivery and post-engagement review leveraging established Programme Management methodologies, e.g. PMI
• Foster a collaborative environment within each programme, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, applying agile principles and continuous feedback loops.
