About the job:

The Red Hat Services Ecosystem  team is looking for a Junior Partner Program Coordinator  to join us in Brazil.  In this role, you will develop tactics and processes to support current ecosystem partners in the sale of Red Hat Services offerings. 

You'll need to have a good understanding of how best to work with a diverse ecosystem of partners to help shape the sales practices with Red Hat Services. This involves serving as an internal advocate and helping forge the collaboration with the Red Hat's sales teams and local partner account managers. As a Partner Program Coordinator , you will build relationships with the ecosystem to jointly offer solutions compelling for the services growth through partners. 

You'll  be responsible for working with the ecosystem leadership teams and counterparts  to document and implement best practices. This role includes both transactional management, collaboration, sharing and proposing process improvements that will benefit both, partners and red hat. The Program Coordinator helps shape detailed instructions and standardized procedures to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

This role focuses on resolving issues of minimal complexity while assisting in implementing talent initiatives and solutions. Through close collaboration with senior team members and participation in guided learning programs, the role supports projects that are aligned with established processes and priorities.

This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.


What you will do:

  • Onboard partners in regional and in-country services programs (joint marketing, enablement, and sales programs) with target partner accounts

  • Coordinate with the LATAM and AMERICAS Services Ecosystem teams to ensure that LATAM partners are aligned to the Americas standards when necessary.

  • Work with sales teams to support joint sales engagement and assist them in processing  opportunities

  • Help with sales queries and manage the end-to-end process for lead tracking, working with the regional sales managers and sales and global leadership teams; provide weekly management of forecasts and sales activity

  • Meet partner satisfaction goals

  • Bring insights to the team to help us highlight good performers and good cases to broadly communicate to the company.

  • Work with partners and broader partner ecosystem to target competitive opportunities and segments in the market; develop plans to engage these opportunities

  • Guide general country managers, sales managers, and alliance managers on how to maximize incremental services ACV  impact from the listed partnerships

  • Work as part of a matrixed sales organization to help and support services opportunities from nurturing to closure efficiently and within the business guidelines and forecasted expectations

  • Develop relationships and define processes /routines with backoffice organizations to make sure the opportunities move from ACV to revenue as expected. End to end.

  • Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills

  • Motivated with initiative; good at building and maintaining relationships

  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.

  • Resolve issues of minimal complexity, escalating more complex problems to senior team members.

  • Assist in the implementation of program initiatives and solutions, providing administrative and logistical support.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to support projects that enhance the associate experience.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assigned tasks and projects.

  • Participate in guided learning programs to develop program management skills and knowledge.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or challenges to senior team members.

  • Meet all deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
