About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Custody & Wealth Servicing Product team within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations. This team is responsible for setting product strategy, defining and delivering roadmaps, and enabling scalable, compliant servicing solutions that support institutional custody, clearing, and wealth servicing businesses.
This Lead Business Execution Consultant role will own execution of initiatives supporting digital asset servicing, tokenization, and emerging market structure capabilities, leveraging experience across traditional custody, trade lifecycle processing, equities and fixed income products, and institutional operating models. The role partners closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control to deliver solutions aligned to enterprise strategy and regulatory expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and rollout of digital asset servicing models, including tokenized securities and emerging asset structures, ensuring alignment with existing custody and trade lifecycle frameworks
- Orchestrate complex, cross‑functional delivery across Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control, driving clarity on scope, sequencing, dependencies, and outcomes
- Drive decisions and resolve issues in highly complex and ambiguous situations, balancing risk, regulatory requirements, operational feasibility, and business objectives
- Translate strategy into operating reality by partnering with product and operations leaders to design, implement, and embed new servicing models, processes, and controls
- Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and execution
- Ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable, with clear ownership, effective risk mitigation, quality standards, cost discipline, and disciplined intake and delivery management
- Develop and influence plans, policies, and procedures to operationalize delivered capabilities and support ongoing execution and change adoption
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management and/or Business Analytics Consulting experience
- Experience supporting Custody, Clearing, or Wealth Servicing operations, including trade lifecycle processing for equities and/or fixed income products
- Experience working on or supporting digital assets, tokenized securities, blockchain, or distributed ledger technology (DLT)–enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of institutional market structure, including custody, asset servicing, and operating model design
- Familiarity with industry partners like Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment and demonstrated experience utilizing Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Jira
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear execution plans and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Strong capability to assess stakeholder needs, surface risks and issues, and recommend actionable solutions
- Experience preparing executive‑level reporting, metrics, and presentation materials
- Experience with MS Office, Visio and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and prioritization skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
