We are seeking a skilled and motivated Etch Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and demonstrate strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance within the Etch functional area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Etch equipment.
- Maintain and repair tools such as AMAT Centura (DPS & MXP), Siconnex, JST Autobench, ULVAC Optima and Lam 4420.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
- Be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician.
- Maintenance knowledge specific to Etch processes and equipment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Shift: Night, Back-half (Wed – Fri, alt Sat)

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors
This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
