WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are looking for a Regional Field Enablement Consultant to work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to improve opportunity outcomes across the region.

This role embeds enablement into live opportunities, supporting deal strategy, value articulation, and competitive positioning, all while acting as a conduit between regional teams and global Enablement, Product, and Marketing functions. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain both sales and strategic experience. If you have industry experience, are forward- and strategic-thinking, and proactive in bringing fresh ideas to the sales organisation to support our ongoing development, this role could be an outstanding fit for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Collaborate proactively with Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams on high-priority and competitive opportunities to drive regional success. This includes:
  • Engaging in regular opportunity strategy sessions with Sales and CSM, helping to analyse client requirements and identify the most effective ways to address unique challenges.
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices for account management, value proposition development, and solution positioning that clearly differentiates SimCorp from competitors.
  • Working collaboratively to monitor ongoing market trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring every client strategy is tailored to both local conditions and the broader commercial landscape.
  • Offering hands-on support to shape, review, and refine deal strategies, from initial qualification through to executive-level engagement and closing.
  • Building trusting advisory relationships across regional teams and acting as a bridge between field operations and global Enablement, Product, and Marketing functions—sharing insights, success stories, and lessons learned for continuous regional and global improvement.
  • Assist with regional SKO/SEKO delivery and enablement efforts throughout the quarter.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in a commercial, advisory, or enablement-related role, ideally supporting sales teams or driving strategic business initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in one or more of the following areas: Management consultancy, where you have advised clients on operational improvements and strategic direction; or experience gained within fintech, financial services, or enterprise B2B technology sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex sales environments
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, deal‑ready guidance
  • Confident stakeholder communication skills
  • Comfortable working across Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise or transformation‑led sales
  • Knowledge of asset management, capital markets, or adjacent verticals
  • Previous experience in sales, supporting sales or client‑facing teams
  • Curious and commercially minded
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Structured thinker with strong judgement
  • Comfortable operating in fast moving situations
  • Motivated by impact rather than ownership of process
