THE JOB:

As a Seasonal Buffet Line Server, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-volume dining experience by maintaining buffet presentation, ensuring consistent food quality, and supporting guest experience. This role blends front-line service with light culinary responsibilities, including station setup and continuous replenishment in a fast-paced environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set up, stock, and maintain buffet stations to ensure consistent presentation and product availability throughout service

• Monitor food quality, portioning, and visual appeal to uphold brand and culinary expectations

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines across all work areas

• Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to deliver a smooth and well-executed guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must possess availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Has previous experience working in a similar resort environment

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$22.00

 

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
