Your first 12 months as a Graduate Entry Level employee will include:

- Comprehensive onboarding program to ensure you have all the tools to hit the ground running as a consultant at ERM.
- Core consulting skills training (face-to-face and e-learning) to build your key capabilities.
- Getting straight to work – access to exciting projects and clients to put your skill into action!
Some key attributes for success:
- Tertiary education in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related degree.
- Recent graduate to 2 years of experience or looking for a career change.
- Ability to commit to fieldwork programs that include visiting project sites to conduct field studies and collect environmental data and samples.
- Strong commitment to safety; ability to follow established health and safety protocols.
- Effective written and verbal communication; organizational and analytical skills; experience recording, inputting and managing technical data and preparing reports.
- Understanding of / experience working with data management software / databases would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to succeed in a consulting environment, simultaneously handling multiple project assignments and meeting strict deadlines.
- Dependable, with integrity, respect, positive outlook, and customer focus and the ability to work as a team player.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Australian Working Rights.
