Why This Role Matters

As a Transactional Buyer with Turkish, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services needed across the organization.

Your work will directly support production continuity, cost efficiency, and procurement compliance while contributing to global sourcing initiatives and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Manage purchase orders for indirect goods and services up to 100,000 USD, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, lead times, and policy compliance.
Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to meet production schedules and prevent operational disruptions.
Build strong supplier relationships while resolving order discrepancies, delays, and quality issues efficiently.
Support supplier sourcing and onboarding initiatives to improve cost savings and strengthen supply chain resilience.
Collaborate with production and planning teams to align purchasing activities with demand and maintain material availability.
Prepare daily procurement reports, maintain accurate records, and provide data support for global sourcing projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, support audits, resolve invoice discrepancies with finance, and drive continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and other procurement tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and improve processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong collaboration skills across international teams.
