This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Do ABB Robotics Czech republic do Mošnova hledáme novou posilu, která rozšíří náš stávající tým na pozici „Recepční a administrativní podpory“.
Co vás čeká:
- Správa chodu recepce
- Uvádění návštěv
- Obstarávání cateringu
- Zajištění In-House cateringu
- Objednávání kancelářských potřeb
- Přijímání a odesílání pošty
- Správa návštěvnických karet
- Kopírování a scanování dokumentů
- Správa zasedacích místností
- Další aktivity spojené s chodem recepce
- Podpůrné administrativní činnosti
Koho hledáme:
- Máte min. SŠ vzdělání
- Máte předchozí praxi na podobné pozici min. 1 rok
- Máte anglický jazyk na komunikační úrovni minimálně B1
- Máte zkušenosti s práci s kancelářskými nástroji – MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
