The Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing plans for an assigned portfolio of service lines, programs, and initiatives within the health system. This role partners with clinical, operational, and marketing colleagues to implement campaigns that drive awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement.The Manager is a collaborative contributor who balances strategic thinking with strong execution. Working under the guidance of senior marketing leadership, this role helps translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with system priorities.
Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop a solid understanding of assigned service lines, including key services, target audiences, and growth priorities. · Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing recommendations.
- Support analysis of the patient journey to identify opportunities to improve awareness, access, and engagement. · Build working relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned service lines and projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to support campaigns that drive patient acquisition and engagement.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and traditional channels.
- Translate business needs into clear marketing tactics and project plans, leveraging established frameworks and channels.
- Support the development of campaign messaging and creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Use available data and insights to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Coordinate with agency and vendor partners to execute campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track budgets for assigned projects and support efficient use of marketing resources.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment with system-wide initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to service line stakeholders, helping to align needs with marketing capabilities and processes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement of marketing processes and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, or other related field required.
Experience: · 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, including exposure to campaign development, execution, and performance tracking. Health care experience required

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance.
- Ability to execute within established strategies while contributing ideas and recommendations
Pay Range:
$110,000.00 USD - $140,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
