Urgent Care Veterinarian - PawDoc Surgery + Dental Center

PawDoc Surgery + Dental is growing, and we’re looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative urgent care environment, without the exhaustion and long-term burnout often associated with traditional ER medicine.

Our model is designed to bridge the gap between general practice and emergency care, giving doctors the opportunity to work up interesting cases, practice advanced medicine, and continue growing clinically while maintaining a sustainable schedule and supportive culture.

Who We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
• Interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, surgery, or advanced case management
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence in diagnostics and case management, or a desire to continue developing those skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
