Job Responsibilities:

Prüfung der Eingangsrechnung (Bestellung, Wareneingang, Preise, Menge), termingerechte und ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung der Rechnungen
Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (Oracle/SAP)
Verbuchen von eingehenden Zahlungen
Erstellen von manuellen Belegen
Erstellen von Zahlungen/Mahnungen nach Rücksprache mit dem Einkauf
Erstellung der wöchentlichen Zahlungsvorschlagsliste und Weiterleitung an den Bilanzbuchhalter
Abgleich der Verbindlichkeiten und Abschluss der Kreditorenkonten. Vorbereitung der Rückstellungen (nicht validierte Rechnungen) sowie Abgleich der erhaltenen Waren/Dienstleistungen mit den erhaltenen Rechnungen

Dein Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit und Verantwortung wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP und MS Office (OCR-Software wünschenswert)
ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit
gute Selbstorganisation mit eigenverantwortlichem, strukturiertem Arbeiten
Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
hohe Zuverlässig- und Belastbarkeit mit Leistungs- und Gestaltungswillen
