Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados com foco em aplicativos para atuar no acompanhamento e análise da performance de App. Este profissional será responsável por monitorar indicadores-chave, analisar o comportamento dos usuários, identificar oportunidades de otimização e gerar insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão das áreas de negócio.
Principais responsabilidades
- Monitorar e analisar KPIs relacionados à performance dos aplicativos;
- Acompanhar métricas de aquisição, retenção, engajamento e conversão de usuários;
- Realizar análises de comportamento dos usuários dentro do app;
- Criar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento de resultados;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada do usuário e na performance do aplicativo;
- Gerar insights e recomendações baseadas em dados para apoiar decisões de negócio;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de CRM/CRO.
Requisitos
- Experiência com análise de dados aplicada a aplicativos móveis;
- Conhecimento em Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Experiência com Firebase e AppsFlyer;
- Domínio de Excel e/ou Google Sheets;
- Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Looker Studio ou similares);
- Vivência em ambientes digitais, aplicativos ou produtos mobile.
