What You Would Get To Do

As the Project Manager/Global Corporate Access Conference & Roadshow logistics, you will organize and plan corporate access meetings (conferences, field trips, non-deal roadshows, bespoke events), which would allow for strategic interactions with prospective or existing investors within the Global Banking and Markets division.

Your Contributions

  • Focusing on event logistics, which includes coordinating complex, internal/ external meetings and conference calls (non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, etc)
  • Client base includes corporate managements and institutional investors (hedge funds, mutual funds)  
  • Direct contacts via emails, calls, and Zoom with clients, corporates and investors on meeting details/ideas
  • Handles a high volume of emails, supporting internal client teams and external clients (corporates and investors)
  • Working closely with the conference lead on organization and data entry for conferences
  • Reconcile event attendees post each event and use the internal system to maintain records
  • Work on business analytics with a senior member of the team, produce monthly & quarterly reports.  Analyzing statistics and keeping track of the findings.
  • Zoom: prepare & arrange details, kick-off Zoom meetings, and reconcile attendees post Zoom meeting
  • Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)
  • Travel up to 40% may be required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, corporate access, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  •  Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of senior-ranking officers
  • Comfortable working in a sometimes hectic, high-pressure environment
  • Resourceful, ambitious, and proactive
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Any experience with BuyTheSell (BTS) or other events organizing platforms would be helpful
