Job Description:

Job Summary
We are Seeking DocuSign Workflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex workflows within the DocuSign platform. You will also play a key role in debugging and optimizing existing workflows to ensure they run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new, custom DocuSign workflows from initial concept to completion.

  • Configure and customize complex DocuSign workflows to meet specific business requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and debug existing workflows, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.

  • Document workflow processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with new DocuSign features and best practices.

  • Flexible to work in different time zones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred

  • Proven experience as a DocuSign Workflow Developer.

  • Strong understanding of DocuSign's advanced features, including conditional routing, data validation, and custom fields.

  • Experience with creating workflows from scratch and configuring complex business logic.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
