Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for Senior AdOps Specialist who will:
- Interact effectively with internal PL Team as well as regional’s (Europe, U.S., Asia) and be proactive and strong communicator for all of them.
- Support CM360 campaign launches setups and post launches verification according to WPP Media established guidelines.
- Join kick off calls with regional teams to understand advertising specifications and discuss customs or complex executions.
- Support GOC Director with internal processes and tools implementations.
- Staying educated on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem. (e.g Viewability, brand safety, invalid traffic etc.) and utilize that knowledge to contribute to the updating or build new processes that support changing industry needs.
- Ensure campaigns comply with WPP Media’s global policies and guidelines.
- Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams. Work closely with manager to serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units.
- Own internal project pipelines and queues to ensure an accurate execution of campaign executions and setups.
- Lead the adherence of operations processes, delegating to junior staff, ensuring staff adoption and assigning tickets as necessary. Help them with QAing their tasks and their everyday work.
- Become expert in day-to-day quality control and technical communications, monitoring execution and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling and maintaining placements, rotation of ads, and creative throughout the lifetime of campaigns.
- Efficiently distribute tags, trackers, and creative assets to all media partners.
- Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms and ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP Media campaign management software.
- Embed additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for external vendors as needed.
- Support daily QA and timely troubleshooting of all placements, tagging, and floodlights/vendor pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking.
- Educate and assist internal/external teams on proper implementation and best practices of third-party ad serving tags and systems.
Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree.
- You are proficient in English (B2+).
- Some managerial skills and/or desires to manage growing team.
- Good time management skills and overall work organization standards.
- You have 3+ years' experience in digital media agency or digital ad serving ecosystem (CM360 as main – Flashtalking nice to have).
- Have some experience/knowledge about with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- You have experience with ad serving technologies.
- You are detail oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- You are flexible, personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager will be an asset.
