The Role
We’re seeking a Sourcing & Insights Leader to join our Recruitment Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute global sourcing strategies, policies and processes aligned to business priorities and critical talent pipelines. You’ll proactively identify and engage top talent, build strong pipelines, and provide labor market insights that support strategic hiring.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll play a vital role in attracting high-caliber talent to CAA.
 

Responsibilities
 

Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Establish a global sourcing strategy and operational framework aligned to broader Recruitment, HR and enterprise priorities and develop evaluation criteria for obtaining success.

  • Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., AI tools, social media, niche platforms, direct outreach).

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill and executive roles.

  • Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates aligned to strategic talent needs.
     

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Align on sourcing strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified candidates to recruiters.

  • Provide regular pipeline updates and market feedback to stakeholders.
     

Screening & Candidate Experience

  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.

  • Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Share pre-qualified candidates with recruiters for next-stage evaluation.
     

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor talent strategies, and sourcing best practices.

  • Conduct market mapping and research to identify key talent pools and optimize sourcing efforts.

  • Deliver insights on labor markets, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
     

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday ATS.

  • Track sourcing activity and engagement for visibility, reporting, and continuous improvement.

  • Track sourcing activity against metrics and make needed adjustments to sourcing strategy and methods.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 8+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, including market mapping and executive-level sourcing.

  • Proven experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies in large, matrixed environments.

  • Skilled in using sourcing and labor market analysis tools (Draup, LinkedIn, GitHub, SeekOut, TalentNeuron, etc.) and ATS platforms.

  • Knowledge of new sourcing technologies with an added emphasis on AI in sourcing processes.

  • Strong research skills; able to creatively identify talent across platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage talent.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with inclusive sourcing practices and DEI hiring strategies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for tech, sales, or executive-level roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of global talent acquisition trends, and sourcing and research innovations.

  • Experience creating sourcing reports and developing insights to share with leaders.
     

Location
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles or New York City office.
 

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $172,000 – $206,000 in Los Angeles, CA. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
