What The Role Involves?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Executive – Outbound to support and scale Sprinto’s outbound pipeline through high-quality data research, enrichment, and CRM management. This role will be responsible for identifying ICP-fit accounts, building and enriching outbound databases, maintaining CRM hygiene, and enabling structured lead distribution for SDRs and AEs.
The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with hands-on experience in outbound data tools and CRM systems. They should be comfortable working with enrichment platforms, automation workflows, and data governance practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and campaign-ready outbound data.
