Project Senior Analyst

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and coordinate key projects within the department.
• Create and oversee project plans, including schedules, stakeholder management, and issue logs.
• Identify key project stakeholders and dependencies.
• Manage change control and track progress on project deliverables.
• Gather data, monitor performance, and create progress reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is kept up-to-date.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Very good command of English.
• Polish language skills are required.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Trade Service/Trade Finance, Loans, or Corporate Cards products will be an advantage.
