Outlet Manager – Amanpulo
Role
Under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage outlet operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional standards. Lead the team, manage costs, and drive sales. Strong leadership and operational expertise required.
Responsibilities
• Assume full responsibility for the overall operation of the designated Food and Beverage outlet.
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of Food and Beverage operations within the outlet.
• Directly oversee the proper supervision and function of all Food and Beverage team, facilities, operations, sales, costs, and departmental profit.
• Analyze Food and Beverage operations to identify areas for improvement in operating costs, sales growth, efficiency, merchandising, work processes, and sanitation, implementing necessary corrections and recommendations.
• Provide functional guidance and direction to Food and Beverage supervisors on all operational matters.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing agent to ensure all food and beverage purchases meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a current standard recipe file with complete cost breakdowns and preparation instructions for all menu and specialty items.
• Conduct daily inspections of the Food and Beverage Department, including restaurants, kitchens, storerooms, and all areas of responsibility.
• Schedule and coordinate training and cross-training for the team in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
• Has over 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, sales, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and work simplification techniques.
• Familiarity with sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
