Ser capaz de mantener los equipos robóticos en óptimas condiciones para el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma del programa de producción y con esto lograr los objetivos de la organización.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA:  Mínima de 5 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• Programación Robótica Fanuc/Nachi/Abb.
• Reparación de robots 120i, 2000i, 900i.
• Reparación de Mig (torch mate, touch sensing) Intermedia
• Admón. de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo
• Mecánica Intermedia
• Electricidad Intermedia a Avanzada. Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos.
• Electrónica digital y analógica. Reparación de tarjetas.
• Metrología Intermedia
• Conocimientos Neumática Intermedia
• Conocimientos Hidráulica Intermedia
• Conocimientos SLC 500 de Allen-Bradley Intermedia
• Conocimientos PLC 5 de Allen-Bradley Intermedia
• Software de Mantenimiento 
• Soldadura MIG y por resistencia Intermedia
• Conocimientos RsLogix 5000 de Allen-Bradley Intermedia.
• Spot welding tool Intermedia avanzada.
• Robot Fanuc-Nachi Handling tool Intermedia avanzada.
• Arctool (Torch-Mate, touch sensing options) avanzada.
• Conocimientos de Control Net de Allen-Bradley Intermedia
• Conocimientos de panel View.
• Manejo de base de datos.
