About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Serbia. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and managing administrative paperwork
- Acting as the Safety Contact for EHS (Environmental Health & Safety)
- Liaising with accounting regarding incoming invoices
- Reviewing and verifying TERs
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Organizing office spaces and supplies
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Educational background in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Proficient in MS Office and effective use of digital tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Persistence, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in both Serbian and English (written and spoken)
