About the role
Job Description:
What will be your key responsibilities upon joining Mars?
-Plan, organize and conduct HSE inspections for production workshops at the Jiaxing Factory.
-Complete scheduled HSE audits covering all factory areas.
-Conduct gap analysis between applicable environmental laws & regulations and Mars global standards, and implement corresponding improvement actions.
-Analyze and follow up on the execution of HSE corrective actions across the factory, and provide professional suggestions, feedback and data support for daily operational management.
-Organize and deliver scheduled HSE induction training for new hires, annual HSE refresher training, and other HSE skill-based training sessions.
-Collect and compile environmental and occupational health data for the Jiaxing Factory, and support work related to environmental management and occupational disease prevention & control and so on.
What we are looking for in you:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
-Proficient English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
-Solid root cause analysis capability and strong problem-solving skills.
-Skilled interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
-Competent in integrating and enforcing procedures and standards.
-Prior working experience in safety management or environmental management is preferred.
