For our Life Sciences – Pharma & Personal Care division, we are looking for a committed individual to join as an Account Manager.

The Role

The Account Manager – Pharma and Personal Care is a field-based role responsible for the sale of cleaning and disinfection solutions for Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Biotech sectors - specifically clean room environments and their manufacturing facilities. The role is targeted at incorporating new business and account management of a top performing territory. The sale is highly consultative and involves dealing with a variety of technical and scientific decision makers. Key to our client success is the ability to move away from price-based sales and add significant value to the customers’ overall processes – ensuring delivery of exceptional results. Work with senior management, global marketing and commercial teams to help create a global brand, customer driven value proposition and updated customer facing and website customer driven case studies and materials.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead the execution of a business development and account management strategy across defined target markets.

  • Build, manage and grow long‑term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner.

  • Own and actively manage the sales pipeline, providing regular, accurate forecasts and performance updates.

  • Deliver agreed sales revenue and gross margin targets in line with the Company’s growth strategy.

  • Expand the existing customer base while identifying, assessing and converting new business opportunities.

  • Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to identify potential new products and opportunities.

  • Define market entry approaches and pricing strategies for specific products and segments.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support the development of effective customer‑facing materials.

  • Work with senior management, global marketing and commercial teams to strengthen the global Bioquell brand, develop compelling value propositions, and create customer‑driven case studies and website content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Scientific background in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant field.

  • Experience with cleaning, disinfection or contamination control solutions within cleanroom, pharmaceutical or Life Sciences manufacturing environments.

  • 3+ years of commercial sales experience, ideally within Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a regulated industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to confidently engage, influence and pitch to senior‑level stakeholders and decision makers to generate new business.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, a valid driving license is required.

  • Fluent Greek and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
