Our SaaS platform, Ignite, and our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) offerings provide unparalleled insights into consumer motivations, values, and behaviors, enabling our clients to connect with their target audiences in more meaningful and effective ways. This role is ideal for someone who brings operational rigor, genuine care for people, and the drive to make HR a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the new hire experience end-to-end, designing and delivering a seamless onboarding journey that sets every employee up for success in a hybrid environment

- Manage offboarding logistics including exit documentation, processes, and routine exit interviews
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions from employees and managers
- Support the HR Manager on employee relations matters
- Empower employees to navigate HR systems, policies, and processes with confidence
- Administer employee benefits programs day-to-day, including enrollment changes, leave of absence tracking, and responding to employee benefit questions
- Support payroll processing by providing employee updates that impact payroll and verifying payroll accuracy
- Serve as a liaison with benefits vendors and brokers on routine issues and escalations
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Own the HR engagement calendar, including planning and executing in-person, remote, and hybrid events, culture initiatives, and employee recognition programs
- Own the in-office workplace experience, ensuring a welcoming, well-stocked, and smoothly run environment - including vendor relationships, supply management, conference room readiness, and coordination of in-office events and meetings
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager
