Job Description

Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.

Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

The Investment and Pension Products tribe builds Raisin's capital markets–based products. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. If you have prior experience in Product Management or related fields, have a passion for Fintech, and are eager to join us on this mission, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team while receiving mentorship from experienced team members who are committed to your professional development.

  • Team leadership: Act as the primary Product Manager for a dedicated cross-functional team (Engineering and Design). You will lead daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning under the close mentorship of senior team members.
  • Execution: Own the execution of your team’s roadmap. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of product features within the Investment and Pension domain, from discovery through to launch and post-launch monitoring.
  • Roadmap support: Work with your mentors to translate the tribe strategy into actionable quarterly plans for your team, learning how to prioritize.
  • Documentation: Draft high-quality product artifacts, including User Stories, PRDs, and user journeys, ensuring engineers and designers have the clarity needed for execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Support the team in tracking quarterly OKRs and KPIs. You will help synthesize qualitative feedback (interviews) and quantitative data (usage metrics) into actionable requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to ensure smaller workstreams stay on track and requirements are aligned.
  • Continuous Learning: Your focus will be on learning the craft of product management in a high-growth FinTech environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for FinTech and a strong desire to learn.

Must haves:
