Job Description

The Coordinator, Brand Management will oversee the management of licensing contracts within CAA’s contract platform, ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and verification in both CAA's database and client systems. Administrative support will also be provided to enhance brand initiatives and client relations.

  • Accurate Data Entry and Record Maintenance of Licensing Contracts to CAA’s contract management platform. Inputting, Updating, Maintaining and Verifying information in CAA’s database and in client’s system as required.

  • Draft, redline and Amend Standard Contract Templates.

  • Document Processing and Coordination of Contract Life Cycle Process.

  • Records Management and Filing.

  • Administrative Support.

Skills And Requirements

  • University or secretarial graduate.

  • Experience with contract administration, legal support or high-volume data entry.  Experience as a corporate secretary or paralegal is preferred.

  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Word and Powerpoint.

  • Experience with Brand Comply or similar contract management software will be a big plus.

  • Detail Oriented, Proficient in English and High Typing Proficiency.
