Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in supporting our business goals by creating professional, high-quality visual content. You will be responsible for developing design solutions that effectively communicate the company's brand message, enhancing marketing efforts, and contributing to overall business growth.

You will need to balance creativity and adherence to business objectives, ensuring that all design work is aligned with strategic goals.

This role is important to our marketing and communication strategies, ensuring that all visual content enhances the company's brand and business objectives.

We are open for both experienced specialist or someone more junior, who would like to learn and become part of our organization.

You will report to the Graphic Design Lead.

Work model: Hybrid (3 office days/week)

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and other marketing materials that meet our goals.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and platforms, strengthening our brand identity.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, product managers, and other partners to develop design solutions that support marketing campaigns and projects.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery and understanding of project goals and business deadlines.

• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and update designs, ensuring the final output meets business standards and goals.

• Ad Hoc Requirements: Address additional design responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, including different ad hoc requirements to adapt to evolving our needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Some experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate understanding of organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

• 3+ years of experience with 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, or comparable software.

• Demonstrated knowledge of print production processes, including pre‑press and post‑press techniques.

• Familiarity with additional design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective, visually compelling work.

• We require fluent English.
