1Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Voyage Operations Specialist located in Duo Tower, Singapore through 30 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Singapore Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Manages all assigned Chevron Owned, Bareboat, Term and Voyage Charter vessels.
Plans voyages of assigned vessels including cargoes, fuel management, agency nominations and operational considerations.
Issues orders to vessels, brokers or direct to owners as appropriate giving full instructions and all pertinent information.
Administer voyages in respect to terms and conditions of governing charter party. Initiates claims for cargo, vessel and commercial claims.
Ensure compliance with Chevron safety requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with team members and customers to reduce cost and optimize voyage economics, while keeping customers advised of potential advantages.
Coordinate and collaborate with other Voyage Managers, Charterers, Traders and Analysts to ensure full optimization of all vessels in Chevron's fleet.
Required Qualifications:
Able to communicate effectively and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal, Joint Venture and external customers, counterparts and suppliers, work collaboratively within a diverse commercial and operational environment.
Possesses keen commercial awareness to support customer business, cost mitigation and profitability.
Background in a marine related discipline or previous commercial experience in shipping or trading or commercial operations role. Highly Operation Excellence focused.
Marine experience, particularly onboard oil and/or gas tankers, is preferred.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in high pressure environments managing Operation Excellence and commercial demands. Collaborative, One Team mindset.
Good problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to calculate voyage economics.
Data Analytical skills and use of IT systems in a maritime environment.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
