What the Workplace Management and Services Department does at Worldwide 

A key partner of the People leadership team, the Workplace Management & Services team works to lead the company’s global strategy and delivery of workplaces that embody the culture of the company and integrate sustainability. 
Workplace Management and Services collaborates in close partnership with the People team, Finance team, line managers and other stakeholders to act as the subject matter experts within the company, ensuring that programs are developed on time and within budget to continuously improve the workplaces within the company.    

 

What you will do 

  • Drive EcoVadis scorecard and similar ESG scheme progression through internal coordination, data gathering, and improvement actions. 

  • Coordinate SBTi target-setting activities by organizing emissions data and working with stakeholders and partners. 

  • Structure and manage sustainability data collection across departments. 

  • Identify and drive improvements in data quality, processes, and sustainability performance. 

  • Create and deliver learning materials to build internal sustainability awareness and engage stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives 

  • Support responses to customer sustainability questionnaires and RFIs in collaboration with commercial and other internal teams. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party providers, coordinating deliverables and collaboration. 

  • Coordinate timelines, actions, and deliverables across sustainability initiatives to support project execution

What you will bring to the role 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills and mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams, functions, geographies and time zones. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage colleagues and build support for sustainability initiatives. 

  • Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities across sustainability processes, data management, and reporting activities. 

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. 

  • Effective verbal and written communication. 

Your experience 

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related field. 

  • Experience working with ESG ratings or sustainability assessments such as EcoVadis or CDP. 

  • Experience supporting emissions data collection and sustainability target-setting initiatives such as SBTi. 

  • Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple teams and functions. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage colleagues and build internal buy-in. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field preferred. 

  • Limited travel may be required for the role.
