岗位职责：

1、持续不断地改进OTC供应计划流程，保证供应链可以不断优化。

a) 与需求计划和工厂配合制定供应计划，确保供应的及时，准确，高效，灵活；

b) 针对产需不平衡问题，及时进行评估和制定解决方案；

c) 支持商业核心流程的实施及优化，对有供应风险的产品在核心商业流程的机制中及时反馈；

d) 与工厂一起提高供应的反应速度；

e) 对于影响策略的方案讨论，与工厂一起主导产能分析并提供专业建议；

f) 注重风险管理，及时发现风险，评估及相应的措施来降低风险带来的损失。 2、OTC 进口产品库存管理。

a) 充分理解影响计划的主要因素（采购交货周期，计划周期，供应稳定性，预测波动性，客户服务目标等），以及营运资金的目标和端对端的计划流程；

b) 定期回顾影响计划的因素并不断的优化调整；

c) 及时反馈近效期库存情况，分析其原因并且推动清货计划避免报废；

d) 对新品，重新上市产品以及退市产品制定相应的库存水平。

3、支持OTC新品上市。

a) 对新产品的主数据维护提供相应的数据；

b) 维护供应计划系统下的新产品相关信息。

4、OTC系统管理。

a) 确保在APO,JDE等系统里供应相关主数据的准确性；

b) 和IT一起解决供应系统相关的问题确保供应数据的准确。

5、持续不断地改进OTC需求预测流程，使得核心商业流程更加高效，供应链可以不断优化。

a) 协同销售/市场团队对齐需求信号，验证预测准确率；

b) 分析预测偏差及根因，落地纠正措施提升预测可靠性；

c) 依托需求预测数据，推动核心商业流程自动化与供应链决策优化。

6、作为供应链规划领域专家，推动市场端供应规划治理与持续改进。

a) 协调GC在市场端的整体供应规划治理工作；

b) 牵头GC库存优化项目，并为库存治理提供支持；

c) 协同PSC推动供应规划流程优化；

d) 监控端到端供应链风险，牵头关键SKU的应急预案制定。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上需求计划或者供应计划经验，熟悉供应链运转以及订单管理、库存管理；

3、熟悉SAP系统的DP APO和SCP模块, 充分理解MRPII；

4、专业的库存管理知识以及技能，以及进出口管理经验；

5、较强的数据处理和数据分析的能力；

6、英语听说读写熟练；

7、强烈的责任心以及主人翁意识。良好的沟通，协作能力。快速学习能力以及推动持续改善的能力；

8、base地可选择北京/上海。
