Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to support client servicing across five different capabilities: Social Management, Creative and Innovation, Content and Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, and Gaming. This role will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure the seamless execution of strategies aligned with client objectives. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing content deliverables, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of content delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their needs are met with excellence.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns. Ensure that content is delivered on time, meets client specifications, and adheres to WPP’s high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as social management, creative, and content partnerships to align on deliverables and ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, including status updates, performance reporting, and strategy recommendations. Proactively address any client concerns or feedback and provide solutions that add value.
  • Work with the Digital Director and Head of Content to drive revenue by identifying opportunities for account growth and offering additional services to meet client needs.
  • Support junior team members, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment where the team can thrive. Help elevate the team’s performance in delivering client-focused results.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of content proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the latest industry trends. Support in presenting these strategies to senior client stakeholders.
